We employ 60 permanent staff and over 250 seasonal workers, supporting both production and ad-hoc demand. 

The facility spans 9 Ha, complemented by a storage area of 45000 sqm and a capacity of 20,000 tons, ensuring ample space for efficient operations and storage. 

Equipped with advanced technology, the factory features: 

  • Vacuum chamber 
  •  DCC (Direct Conditioning Cylinder) with a capacity of 6 tons per hour. 
  • Counter flow separators 
  • Blending Boxes 
  • NTRM laser sorter 
  •  Soft Dryer with a capacity of 8 tons per hour. 
  • Packing Flexibility: The facility can pack up to 10 tons per hour 

This infrastructure enables us to maintain superior product standards and meet the needs of our clients efficiently. 

Bulgaria

We employ 55 permanent staff and over 300 seasonal workers, ensuring smooth operations throughout the year and during peak seasons. 

Equipped with advanced infrastructure, the factory features: 

  • 3 feeding lines that can operate independently or simultaneously for maximum flexibility. 

Packing Capacity: The facility can process and pack up to 50 tons per day in traditional hessian bales.
